...on my site for free? i hav got a file its on the pc and on the site so when my pc is off my friends and other people cant download the file (my pc has to stay on for it to be use on the site or is there another way. and also free storage cause in some storage u hav to pay money
 
Why don't you try hosting your files on a free file hosting server like 110mb.com. That way, your PC doesn't have to be on 24/7/365 and you can update your files whenever changes are made, and your friends can always have access to it.
