I'd love to get a Palm Pre mobile, but I know there's an activation process involved when first getting the phone because you have to have a Palm profile to use it. Because 3 are annoying, they won't activate it for me will they because it's not one of their own handsets. Is there anyway of getting round this without attempting to naughtily hack it on a computer (I'm not computer-savvy enough to try this). I ask because I'm only 4 months into the 18 month contract I signed with 3.
