Is there any way I can receive Windows Live text messages on my phone?

I tried using the live alerts, but I can't send messages back to that, and I can't seem to receive messages from anyone but my self...Is there any way I can use Live text messages like I can with Yahoo! ?

P.S. I can't use any web browsers on my phone...
