Is there any way I can put a Nissan 300zx engine in a Mazda B2300 pickup?

I have a Mazda B2300 pickup and a 300zx engine that I'm hoping I can use together. I'd love to have somewhat of a sleeper... just need to know if it's possible... without a ton of custom work (I would expect SOME).. I'm also very open to any other engine/tranny combos anyone has to suggest.
