Is there any way I can lower my interest rate on my car with bad credit?

Last year I bought a 2008 Dodge Charger out of excitement with the interest rate being 22% (I obviously was not thinking). My credit score is not good enough to refinance. Are there any other ways to lower my interest rate? Please help!
