Is there any way at all to get songs from Windows Media Player to iTunes?

And to preferrably keep the songs in WMP while I'm at it (last time I dragged/dropped something from it, it completely disappeared.)

I have a lot of music from my cds on WMP, and it'd waste space on my comp (which I'm very limited to in the first place) if I downloaded all of the same songs from limewire or something. Any ideas?
