Is there any trick to mingle with people very easily?

I feel very difficulty and complex in maintaining relations with people around me. I suddenly talk irrelavent matters and i feel very tensed. Most of the people misunderstand me because of my words. I dont actualy want to hurt them but it happens. I was having bipolar. But they are not forgetting what i talked to them and showing their attitude. I have ocd,anxiety and it makes much worse because the thoughts about my past mistakes while talking to people irritate me by coming again and again into my mind. How to face it! How to face their attitude. Any suggestions??
 
I suggest you learn to have better control over your thoughts.

I know... easier said than done.

When you start to think about past situations try to replace that thought with something else, to break the spell so-to-speak. Change the patterns and you will start to change the outcomes. Understand that what we dwell on in thought, in our heads is what we draw more of to ourselves because we tell our mind (subconscious) that is what we want.

I heard that some people simply picture people as being naked and they just go into the crowd and mingle.

If you feel your conversation or comments are taken wrong, make sure you are expressing what you really want to say. Most people speak in short sentences, not fully expressing themselves and they expect others to understand what they mean.

While most of us are not psychics, we need to explain ourselves better to one another. Although we can still fail... it helps.
