is there any trick to mingle with people easily?

I feel very difficulty and complex in maintaining relations with people around me. I suddenly talk irrelavent matters and i feel very tensed. Most of the people misunderstand me because of my words. I dont actualy want to hurt them but it happens. I was having bipolar. But they are not forgetting what i talked to them and showing their attitude. I have ocd,anxiety and it makes much worse because the thoughts about my past mistakes while talking to people irritate me by coming again and again into my mind. How to face it! How to face their attitude. Any suggestions??
 
Prepare yourself for the event for socializing with others. The better prepared you are the calmer, more stable, and self esteem will be. Don't think of the worst that can happen or any negative or nervous thoughts. The saying be yourself is true, but when first meeting people don't tell your life story or choose a weird topic to discuss. Discuss or open up the conversation about something that you know well, makes you stand out as an individual, and also as an interesting person. Especially with women, don't be too aggressive, or overbearing. Listen to what she has to say, and reply positively and respectfully, you will be OK.
 
Make good conversation or just agree with what the people around you are saying. A good sense of humor helps but each person has a different way of making friends. Be yourself and someone is bound to notice you.

I have the same problem as you, but I have learned to deal with it and solve it in my own manner. I go up to random people and start a conversation. If it fails, I try again. If it fails again, I try again until I succeed. Just be yourself and go up and talk with people. I somehow find it better when I don't think about making friends at all. Just talking with people helps me relax. It should do the same for you.
