Is there any spy pen camera which works on bluetooth to trans mitt the video?

I need a pen which has a camera built-in and you can record a text and send it through bluetooth(important) to someone else within 10-20 meters away...(for tests and stuff...)
If you know something like this I don't care how much it cost just post me a link to it Please!
