Is there any software can change the nickname when chatting?

i would like to is there any software can use in the msn messenger to hide the nickname when in the group chatting ?? So tht we can chat freely without knowing who is who and able to speak our mind also....
besides tht i'm using messenger plus but i also cannot find any script with tht kind of function so can anyone help??
