Is There Any Simple way to jailbreak 3Gs on 4.0

Just wondering if anyone can help..
i have 3Gs on 4.0 and i want to jailbreak it and unlock afterwords .
Any ideas but tested one please ,, thanks in advance .
 
There is NO solution at the moment to Jailbreak so far for 3GS if you have 4.0, because of the new bootrom (in case you haven`t saved ur SHSH on Saurik`s Server - Cydia). We are waiting for the latest release of Spirit (they have already given out the source code for it, waiting for the finished product). After that unlocking will be a easy, as Ultrasn0w can unlock the latest baseband aswell.
