i just return the right copy? I was at a restaurant for lunch with four of my friends. Our waitress was a very sweet elder woman who gave us excellent service and was very sweet. I had told my friends that the meal was on me and i used my card. so i signed the receipt and gave her a tip from my card. We also asked on the receipt that she take the money my friends had pooled on the table as an additional tip for her. I just realized, however, that i left my copy and took the restaurants copy of the bill. Will she still get the tip from my card? if not can she still get it if i go back with their copy within the next day? i really want her to get my tip as well.
