Since they're soooo many different internet blocker programs that schools use it's a given that half of what people say won't work, but I'll try:

I also know that many blocker programs don't affect translated sites. What I mean is if you translate a certain webpage with Google that page you're on won't be blocked, but if you try to go to another page on the same blocked site, you'll be kicked off.
