Is there any real difference between 73,000 miles and 51,000 miles on a 2007

Toyota Yaris,besides the obvious? The one with 73,000 miles is a little cheaper ($500) then the other one, and the budget is a little tight. But if we go the higher mileage car, should we be concerned that it has 22,000 more miles? Both cars are in good condition. Toyota experts answer away!
