is there any real chat rooms anymore?

like im not talkin where u pretty much email each other back and forth and wait for a message u know where u type down at the end of a thing without bots bots suck and really make me mad id like to get to know some people i just moved here to live with my grandma and take care of her and have absolutley no friends and wanna meet people in my area in a chat room instead of a fling site or some sexual thing if anyone knows of a regualr normal chat site with limited bots where i can meet people in my area that would be awsome
