Is there any precedent for Mitch McConnel's statement there will be a vote on

repeal in Senate? McConnell is powerless to get a vote on this. Do those who know how the Senate runs think it is even possible? He can "assure" a vote all he wants but how can he get around how the Senate runs? Trickery and deceit are not what Americans are looking for so do you think there is any Senate magic Mitch can perform to get this vote he says he will? When will Republicans start to work on jobs like most Americans say they want them to?
typo..how can he get around Senate RULES. ??
Congress cannot defund Health Care, as 99% of it is "mandatory spending" look it up, and they can attach it to whatever bill they like Harry Reid will decide whether it sees the floor. Those are the rules.
