Is there any possible way to buy an iPhone and get it activated with Sprint service?

you would need to jail break it (it also voids your warranty). if you do decide to take this route, do not buy the Verizon iPhone as it will not work on any other network

It'd be difficult, cause Sprint doesn't use sim cards but the iPhone does.

You can if you jail break it. But that's tricky and if you mess up you will ruin an expensive electronic. The reason i am not a fan of the iPhone is because of the one network it runs on. It's annoying really.
