is there any point in exercising?

i have been on a diet and lost 4lbs yeah i know wow but over the last 3 days i have not been bothering because i thought il have one day off but then it turned in two and so on.. i really want to continue losing weight but is there any point in exercising 30 mins of low-mid aerobics will that help or not even burn my dinner , shall just start fresh in the morning. the exercise is a dvd as i cant afford the gym .

breakfast was slim fast
dinner was chicken mayo sub
tea was pesto pasta with low fat 4 cheese sauce
snacks have been crisps and two cookies
