Is there any place other than youtube were I can watch anime in a mobile device

(motorola cliq)? I can go on google & other places like youtube on this but when I wanna watch anime it always says I need a flash player which you can't obtain on a celphone cause its computer software . So where else can I go ? The anime I wanna watch is called The Wallflower a.k.a Perfect Girl Evolution :)
