...from/to a different web server? Actually My host doesn't make way for installation of flvtool and such php tools for video / audio streaming due to copyright act. So is there any solution for this? Letting me upload and stream videos from different servers clear it up? Please give valid answers!
 
You can use a free .swf application that plays flv files. You can set the parameters to play file.flv and leave the small, 100kb player in the same file as the video. Each video then can have it's own folder like Youtube, or the flv file can be a changable parameter. Then embed the swf player on the webpage you want the video to play on. I can make one that will play video.flv (Using Adobe Flash)
