is there any other provider besides rogers that does pay as you go for blackberry's?

i don't want to get all caught up with credit cards, since i keep hearing that that's the only way you can have a plan. so is there anywhere else that offers pay as you go for blackberry's other than rogers?
i legit went to a bell and they said that they didn't know.
