My nephew had a phone update today and before update it asked him if he wanted to have a backup of everything which he has in his phone atm... He clicked "no" thinking that he doesn't need a backup and the update will not remove any of his contacts from his phone. Eventually after the update, every single data in his phone were deleted. Is there a way to retrieve them back? If so please assist ASAP...
