I know the age requirement is 18 years old to drive a car in Singapore.
But i know it is a requirement as well to have insurance for a car.
How about "sport" classified cars ? Can it be driven by people , even if they are not 27 years old and of 5 years driving experience, as all insurance for sports car have such clauses. ( or are there insurance without such requirements for sports car.)
