Is there or WILL there be a way to legally transfer your songs from your iPhone/iPod touch to iTunes? Because I had all my songs on my iPhone but then my computer crashed and I had to get a new hard drive so essentially it was a "new" computer thus having a new iTunes and everything else. Since my iPhone was linked to the previous iTunes on my old computer it's not recognized with my new iTunes so I can't add any new songs to my iPhone. So now I'm only using less than 1/4 of my iPhones 16 GB. The only way to add music to my iPhone now is if I sync it with the new iTunes library but in doing so it deletes all the songs on my iPhone. And I have some valuable songs on here that got lost when my computer died. Like things I bought off of iTunes and the only recordings of songs from my band.
So has apple yet fixed this dumb flaw? It's not like I'm pirating music. All I want is to get full use of my iPhone without only having to listen to the same 100 or so songs but still keeping my other valuable stuff.
