guaranteeout after a recent vehicle purchase that the dealer mislead me to think that the mileage was in km and reality it is in miles, it even says on my purchase agreement kilometeres. Though it also reads onl my purchase agreement the dealer does not warrant or guarantee the mileage of any used motor vehicle sold herein and makes only such discloure as is required under the Motor Dealer Act and Regulations thereunder. I am planning on contacting the dealership, my financer, my insurer, the BBB, and making a statement in the local paper about the dealership. I am wondering though if there may be any way to get some of my money back because my car is worth no where near what I paid. I am willing to take them to small claims court if I would have to. Thanks for any help.
