I've got a broken down car, that I'd like to keep and fix up when I can afford to. Thing is, the only place I can think to store it for now is my parent's place, which is about 25 miles from the things present location (in my apartment lot, and I'm about to move at the end of the month).
I'm looking into getting it towed by an actual towing service, but it seems to me that could get expensive, and I'm wondering if it isn't possible just to tow it using another vehicle. I've seen RV's towing smaller cars on the highway before, so I assume there must be a legal way to do it, but I don't know if there is some kind of expensive trailer hitch type thing I'd need for it, or if I'd just need to rent something like that, or if it might even be legal to put the thing in neutral and have my dad pull it behind his truck, using backroads and such.
[Damn, I feel like a redneck]
