My younger half brother was taken into the custody of his grandmother when i was about 10, i hadn't seen him until i was 16, after that one visit she wouldn't let me speak to him on the phone than eventually disappeared, she never brought him around again, she has him on all kinds of meds because he became very depressed and i feel that there is something not right, i am now 23 years old and finally located where she and my little brother were so i called and spoke with him and her i called again a few days later and she denied my calls and than changer her number. I don't understand why but all i want to do is be able to communicate with my younger brother. she told me he was really depressed and not doing well in school and i think with a sibling relationship it would help him she has kept him away from me and i do not know why. please help me find a solution. Thank you.
is there any laws that enforce sibling visitation rights?
