anywhere in newcastle/gateshead/south shields/sunderland areas???
 
Not to my knowledge, particularly with your limited radius. Maybe you could expand your search or even use internet resources. I know you don't generally get a feel for the level of texture etc however there are plenty of sites packed with information.
