I have been taking prenatals for a few months now. I found a bottle of 240 prenatals for only $8 at Walmart. They happened to be the cheapest gluten-free vitamins available anywhere, prenatal or not, so I figured why not? (I have to be gluten-free for health reasons). Is there any harm in taking them long-term, without any pregnancy?
