...in the LG Neon TE365F (KS360)? We know this cell phone LG Neon TE365F (KS360) has touchscreen and can be used just to dial a number, so the capability is there, is just the firmware (LG) that block or cripple this feature, so there should be someone that knows how to crack this OS or firmware and activate this option.
