Is there any good performance racing parts for a GM 3.1L V6 Engine?

I have a 1997 Chevrolet Lumina LS, I've done converted it into a secure courier car. It has a steel roll bar front/back seat separation cage, rear windows barred, whole back area has an animal transportation set up and a place for fragile items, brand new GPS, CB, and Audio Systems, new 19in wheels/tires, LED Underbody Light Kit, hood scoop...Basicly a rollin' cage on shinny wheels. BUT, I just got a job offer that makes over $15 an hour and now I have no use for my courier service. Now I want to get the engine up to performance, is there any racing performance parts for a Fuel Injected 3.1L V6 Engines?
