That would be up to the court. If the spouse is physically able to work,no spousal support might even be ordered.

After receiving a GC can a green card holder apply for a no- fault divorce?

what is the maintenance given to the wife by the court if she files for a no- fault divorce ?

the person with the conditional green card is in violation of their visa so they will NOT get a permanent GC and so they must go home.

alimony is separate matter and as far as I know - is usually only payable if there are kids.
