Is there any excellent software to copy sms to pc or another cellphone?

I have a new cellphone ” Samsung Omnia running on windows mobile 6.1” system.But now comes with a problem that I need to copy all my sms to my new cellphone.How could I do?Can somebody help me?I will appreciate that!
