Jacking the car up a doing a "Wiggle"test will not pin it down.A visual is needed.Remove wheel and rotor, the bearing is pressed in to spindle assy. and about 6" in diameter. These are not serviceable(packing with grease)You have an 06' The likely hood of a bearing failure on a 3 yr old car is not likely.Tire noise is the more likely culprit.Check tires for wear and alignment. One degree of misalignment is like dragging your tire sideways 100 feet for every mile and will change the face angle of the tire to the road contributing to noise/wear.

I need to check my wheel bearing of my 2006 honda civic, as I get a Wooing noise from the tyre.

The equipment you use are your hands. jack up the car, and grip the wheel and move it from side to side, if there is movement, then the bearing is worn. Rock the wheel from top to bottom and if there is movement, it is a worn steering joint.
