Is there any English words for the movement of the mouth of fish?

I want to say "My goldfish is always doing ___."
('0') > ('_') > ('0') > ('_')
It is paku-paku in Japanese. And it is same as the movement of the mouth pretending to speak without sounds.
 
After looking for 15 minutes, I couldn't find anything. I guess there isn't a word in english that your looking for. You can say he's always breathing?

Roaring, pecking, licking, chewing and gawping are the five verbs used in English to describe the mouth movements of animals.

No, English has no (common) single word for this. Perhaps there is a clinical, scientific term for this action of the fish's mouth, but there is no common use of it, if it exists, in English.

I'm sure there are words for this in Asia, tho. Westerners have not coined alot of words for things the East has already got.
