Is there any electronic to make html on the road?

Ok here's the thing. I love making html web pages and adding effects to mine. Obviously when I have a computer around all I need is notepad and I can run the site locally. But I'm not always on the road so here's the thing: I want some sort of electronic where I can build a web page and then preview. An application for the ipod touch would also do. Any ideas? By the way I don't need some sophisticated device, I'd like it, but I'll gladly use an electronic that only comes with a text editing software, the ability to preview your site locally, wether or not it's kinda bulky. Thanks!

I don't really want to use a laptop on the road as it is bulky and hard to charge. I want some sort of pocket sized or maybe even book sized electronic that can do this job.
 
Google "netbook"…they're smaller than most notebooks and usually fairly cheap. I think that's about as small as you'll get.
