Is there any DVD player I can install in my 2002 Acura RSX that has full iPod control?

I have the stock stereo, and I want a new head unit that is not cheap looking and is pushing at least 15 watts RMS. I am trying to stay under 400 bucks. Also, the iPod is a 16gb touch model. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please make sure the head unit will fit before suggesting. Some of the flip out screens hit the A/C controls.
