It depends on each university.
A Master's in Economics at one school will have a slightly different program than a Master of Economics at another. You have to research the university's programs individually.
Likewise, two schools may offer very similar programs under different names. An MSc in Economics at School A could be the same thing as an MSc in Financial Economics at School B, but totally different from an MSc in Economics at School C. See what I mean?

EDIT: I'm fairly sure all economics programs are related to the stock market. It's hard to talk about the economy with referring to the stocks!
