I am currently out of contract and completely fine with my cell phone, but I qualify for two new phones (two diff. lines). I understand that doing so will tie me in for two more years and I am okay with that. I can get two new (expensive) smart phones for nothing more than the "processing" and shipping fees of around $25. I don't have any current data plans, but I am told that the new smart phones require data plans. Can I just get the two new smart phones (without signing up for a data plan) and turn around and sell them on EBay? Is there any danger in doing this? Will others be able to use the phones? What are you suggestions?
