is there any alternative exercise for chin ups?and is my exercise routine ok?

i am 17 years old and i weigh 78 kg and my height is 5 feet 9 inch.its really hard for me to do this exercise.so is there any alternative for this exercise.and my exercise routine is
bicep curl:15 reps,4 sets (20 pounds)
dumbbell front raise: 10 reps,4 sets (20 pounds)
shoulder press:15 reps,4 sets (20 pounds,using 2 dumbbells)
bench press:20 reps,4sets(20 pounds,using 2 dumbbells)

after these i do another circuit
crunch:30 reps,4 sets
push ups:10 rep, 4 sets
and jump like 400 times.


are those enough?and i am a beginner.
