Is there an online chat somewhere I can hop on if I need writer's block help?

I like to write. I also like areas that are relatively quiet when I write. That usually means I'm with my laptop in a library somewhere, in the comfort of my own home, or in one of the more secluded Wi-fi available lounges on the campus where I study. That usually means when I'm fumbling for a good analogy, image, or plot turn, I'm not really in a position to ask a stranger or friend around me (generally because there are none to begin with).

So, out of curiosity, are there any online chatrooms that I can go to for quick help or brainstorming like this while I write?
