Just checked all the Norwegian distributors of OEM Nokia phones and accessories. None of them had the white in their lists. This does of course not mean the white one is not OEM.

From the packaging it certainly looks fake. The product name on Nokia accessories is always placed vertically in the left bottom corner. Not both there and together with the accessory description (Nokia Stereo Headset). The font size is always the same on that kind of packaging.

actually i have seen AD-41 & HS20 in white colour, that too at Nokia priority shop here in Mumbai, India! those were bundled with 3250 express music edition (or watever that red and white 3250 was called)

There is an OEM AD-41, I had one with my N73 White and Brown

No idea about the HS20.
