Is there an illness that can give you symptoms of pregnancy?

I am 15 and think I might be pregnant and am so scared because I am not in the position to have a baby for so many reasons! My symptoms are bloating, gas, cramps, have not had a period in over two months, larger breasts, darkening areola, sensitive nipples, and brown and milky discharge from both nipples, moody, anxious, bleeding gums, headache, dry mouth, sleeplessness, vivid dreams, constipation, peeing a lot, white substance in my underwear, acne, decreased appetite, and weird food cravings. That is a lot of stuff and I am SO scared! I have only had sex twice with two different guys. Once was a year ago and I did not use a condom but did take the morning after pill and the second time was 6 months ago but the guy wore a condom and pulled out. I did not see the condom rip so if it did it was a very small hole. I am also on medications lithium, risperidone, adderall, and limictal. I also take melatonin or diphinhydramine for sleep. Is there any way these medications have anything to do with my symptoms? Is there any way an illness could be causing this? It's a lot of symptoms but I have to have hope I'm not pregnant.
