IS there an HTML code that would allow me to put a proxy on my website?

i bought a website from google domain's. its called schoolfb.com, i want to make it into a proxy. can someone please help me. i just found out that i can not upload files via FTP, only HTML code. Is it possible to make this work? or do i need to transfer the domain or what?
