Is there an email service I can use that doesn't have chat?

My dad doesn't want me to chat so he wants to block me from using Yahoo, Gmail and other email services, and only let me use one that doesn't have a chat feature. Is it possible for him to do this?

Well, i have windows email, used to be called outlook express with windows xp,, That one does not have chat.
