Is there an effective way to kill/wash off ticks if I've been exposed to them? I

was outdoors tonight and? I felt itchy. Does regular showering work to remove ticks? Some ticks are microscopic and I couldn't possibly see them all. I'm afraid of Lyme disease.
 
Might as well be afraid of the bubonic plague and HIV too.

If you are that scared just scrub yourself!!!!!!!
