I used the kitchenaid mixer/kneader to make fondant - every baker and how-to video has people hand kneading the coloring in the fondant a little at a time until the desired color is met. Anyone who makes fondant knows that coloring it is a pain in the A$$!!!. I've searched and searched. I need to know
1) Is there a reason people don't use the kitchenaid kneader to knead the color into the fondant? I would try but I was told not to..
2) Is there some kind of machine I can use that will knead the coloring into the fondant?
3) Will I just have to get used to kneading it in with my tiny little hands?
