Is there an app on cydia that can add Bluetooth to a computer using an iPod touch?

I want to add Bluetooth to my computer so I can use a Bluetooth keyboard
I asked this question just to make sure if there is any apps for the iPod that can add Bluetooth to the computer before I buy a Bluetooth USB and wait for it to deliver here
I have a iPod touch 4g
