ok so i was reading this riddle and wondered if it had an aswer...can some1 help me (preferably some1 who knows the asnwer.)

Let's say you were trapped inside this room. Inside this room
were 2 doors, and 2 caged talking - tigers. One of the
doors was an exit into the paradise. The other was an
exit into a bottomless pit- (In other words, if you opened
this door, you'd fall until your insides get ripped apart by
the G-forces- actually you'd still fall- Anyway...)
Since these tigers talked, you could ask them questions.
Actually, you could ask one question (to either Tiger) because
if you asked more than one, both cages would disentegrate, and
the Tigers would devour you. Anyway, one of the tigers
always told theh truth. One always told a lie.
How would you go about getting safely out of the room?
ok thankyou corkscrew 67, that sounds about right, and i'll pick you as best answer once it lets me do so,
and by the way lauren...i think it was lauren you can only ask one question.

this is all i could find for you.

Answer(1): You ask a a door - "If I were to ask the other door which door leads to the city of truth, what would he say". And then you pick the opposite door of what he tells you.
Answer(2): Ask the door - "If I asked you which door leads to the city of truth before, which door would you have told me?" (negative and negative = positive, positive and positive = positive). and you choose the door that it directs you to.

These are confusing solutions, so read it over if you don't understand them.

You approach two talking doors. One door leads to the City of Truth, while the other door leads to the City of Liars. You do not know which door is which. You are able to ask only one question to determine which door is which. The door that leads to the City of Liars always speaks lies, while the door that leads to the City of Truth always speaks the truth. You want to go to the City of Truth. What question do you ask to determine which door leads to the City of Truth

Go up to one tiger (hopefully you get the liar) and ask him a question about yourself. For instance, if you have brown eyes, ask him if you have brown eyes. If you have the liar, he'll say no. Then go to the other tiger and ask how to get out. If you get the truthful tiger first, I'm going to say you're screwed.

At that point, I'd try a door and hope for the best. If it ended up being the door to the pit, I'd let the tigers eat me since it'd be a faster death.

Ask one what door is the right one, then ask the other one what kind of animal they are, if the second is telling the truth the other is lying, if they lie the other one is telling the truth.

EDIT: You can only ask one altogether? I thought you could ask both of them one. Anyways, choose the answer directly below mine as the right one, as it is right and isn't confusing as h*ll.

confuse the hell out of the tigers and there tell you the answer ! for example if u ask one which one the paradise door is in then ask the other if its tellin the truth then if the tiger says yes than its the liar because they both cnt tell the truth so go through the door the first tiger told you if the second tiger says the first tigers lying then he must be telling the truth so go through the oppisite door..........i think this is right

Ask one of the tigers "If I were to ask the other tiger: 'Which door leads to paradise?', what would he say?"
It does not matter of which tiger you ask this question. You will always get a false answer.
Take the other door.

(Note: this assumes that both tigers know of the other's honesty.)
