Is there an Android app that you can use to listen to a video (.flv) and browse the internet at the same time?

I am running CM7 on a T-Mobile G2X. I want to be able to listen to an instructional video that is in flv file format and while listening browse the internet simultaneously. Are there any applications that can do that?
